What To Eat To Stop Acne

Are you suffering from acne? Are you lost when it comes to curing acne naturally? Let’s be honest, acne is gross and unappealing. And no one is attracted to a person with tons of acne on his or her face.

Unfortunately, acne is a part of life. As we go through puberty and our hormones are influx, that is when acne is at its peak. But, there are people that suffer from acne in their later years due to their diet.

I have some great nutritional tips for you that will help prevent you from getting acne and at the same time promote healthy skin. It all starts with your nutrition. Acne is sign of being extremely toxic. Have you noticed the worse you eat the worse your acne becomes?

Well, it’s pretty simple. Clean up your diet and you will also clean up your face. Here is short list of foods you should stay away from:

1. Fried Foods
2. Sugar
3. High Fructose Corn Syrup
4. Alcohol
5. Caffeine (coffee and sodas)
6. Dairy Products
7. Saturated Fats (fatty meats)

This is just a list to get started cleaning up your diet. Generally speaking, most of your processed foods (chemically altered) are conducive to acne. You will find most of your processed foods in the aisles of grocery stores in boxes. These are foods that have a longer shelf life due to the chemical processing. Avoid these as much as possible.

Also, try to eat organic foods as much as possible. Not just organic fruits and vegetables, but also free-range chicken, wild fish, and free-range meats. Organic foods are free of the drugs and pesticides that not only alter your hormonal system, but also cause weight gain and acne.

Overall, try to eat as much raw and natural foods, avoiding chemically altered foods as much as possible. Also, drink plenty of water. And if you exercise daily that will go a long away of clearing out your pores.
