There could be nothing further from the truth. Lifting weights will help you lose body fat, tone your body and get into great shape. You can shape your body the way you want.

For those who choose to have extremely large muscles, that is their choice and there is a lot of work that goes along with it. It is not that simple to just lift weights and get incredibly huge muscles. Those people want to have large muscles and they train and eat for that.

The reality is that if you want to lose the most body fat possible and have an incredibly toned and shapely body then you will have to lift weights. Lifting weights will not make you bulky by no means. You can have an incredibly sleek and beautiful body.

Many of the famous models and actors that you find to have attractive bodies lift weights on a regular basis to achieve that look. So, don’t be afraid to lift weights and develop a stronger body as you become leaner and leaner to the new sexy body of your dreams.
