Milk or No Milk?

This is a big debate. Is it healthy to drink milk or not? Well, these days, it is not healthy to drink the milk from a cow. Shocking, I know. The only real healthy milk for us humans to drink is our mother’s breast milk. And I am not sure about your mother, but my mom stopped lactating years ago.

You see, cow’s milk is really for the cow’s calf. Not for us Homo sapiens. Today, all the cows are injected with steroids and other harmful pro-hormones and drugs that are detrimental to humans. This is the sole reason why we humans in America are so overweight.

Because these cows are drug induced to be bigger, their milk also carries these harmful drugs. Not only that, but the milk is also pasteurized, making it worse. When we ingest this harmful milk, the harmful drugs negatively effect our bodies, hurting our hormonal system, clogging our colon, and much more.

As an Orange County Personal Trainer and nutritionist, I strongly advise that you do not drink milk regularly. Now, there are some better alternatives such as soy or rice milk. And as far as calcium, you can get that from supplements and certain foods, such as seeds.
