Crush Your Belly Fat Forever
Everyone wants a great set of
abs. Whether it’s a six pack stomach or just a
nice flat, tight tummy, everyone finds a nice
set of abs to be extremely attractive and
desirable. Let’ face it, no one likes a fat gut.
The sad reality most people have no idea of how
to crush their belly fat and get a flat stomach.
These same people are taken advantage in a big
way by the fitness industry. Out of pure
desperation these people will buy stupid ab
gadgets that don’t work, or bogus diet pills
promising them the body of their dreams, or all
those crazy fad diets that don’t give you any
real lasting results
I am going to give it to you straight and
shatter a few myths out there.
1. Long, slow-paced cardio is not the most
effective to burn body fat. It actually can
hurt, as long, slow-paced cardio can burn your
valuable calorie burning muscle. This is not
good. This will slow down your metabolism.
2. You can't spot reduce stomach fat loss. You
will lose body fat all over your body uniformly.
This is a big misconception. Most people think
that if they do tons of abdominal exercises,
like crunches and sit-ups, that they will end up
with a flat stomach.
3. You need to lift weights, which will increase
both your muscle mass and your metabolism
greatly. You will end up burning more body fat
by lifting weights alone, than ever by doing
slow-paced cardio. That is a guarantee.
4. Don’t waste your money on any of those stupid
diet pills. Most of them simply do not work.
They are just pipe dreams in a bottle to take
advantage of your desperation.
As you can see, there is a lot of misinformation
out there about fat-loss and getting a flat
stomach. Heed my advice and you will be on your
way to a belly fat free body in no time.
