Burn Tons of Fat with
Interval Training
Most people I know use slow
paced cardio thinking they are going to burn
tons of fat and get tremendously lean. WRONG!
Just take a look at all the people in the gym
that are on those stair masters, bikes,
treadmills, and so on. Are they super lean? I
think not.
I am going to show you an advance technique that
will burn tremendous amounts of body fat, speed
up your metabolism for up to 48 hours and get
you into rock hard shape in no time. This
advanced strategy is called ‘Interval Training.’
What is Interval Training? Interval training is
a series of intervals of stop and go type of
exercise, where you go all out for a specific,
short amount of time, then switch to an interval
where you go to low intensity for a specific
time. For example, if you are running on a
treadmill, interval training would have you
running all out at top speed for one minute,
then switching to half speed for two minutes,
then repeating the cycle as many times as you
wish.
Interval Training is more intense than riding a
stationary bike or doing the elliptical trainer.
This type of stop and go training will stimulate
your fast-twitch muscle fibers, which will give
you that rock hard lean look and blast your
metabolism into another world.
Slow paced cardio, where you pace yourself, will
only work your slow-twitch muscle fibers. You
will not burn as much as fat as you can with
interval training. Plus, this slow-paced
training does not help you build muscle mass.
And the more muscle you have the more calories
you will burn. Just take a look at a sprinter
versus a marathon runner. Who looks leaner? The
sprinter of course. And he is the one that does
interval training.
Interval Training will have you burning many
more calories for a longer period after your
session is over as compared to slow paced
cardio. Up to 48 hours afterwards. Also,
Interval Training will stimulate your natural
growth hormone, which helps you burn more fat
and slows down the aging process. As you can
see, interval training has more benefits.
