But, what really ticks me off are foods that claim to be healthy, but really aren’t It’s these big food corporations who want to rob you of a quick buck and sell you a box of lies. And the FDA is on their side. Who do you think is paying them? That’s right, the big food corporations.
Well, I am here to expose the truth to what foods that claim to be healthy, but really aren’t.
Unhealthy Food #1 - Frozen Dinners. Lean cuisine or any similar type of frozen foods. No frozen food is healthy for you. They are loaded with tons of unhealthy preservatives that will have you putting on fat faster than fat albert.
Unhealthy Food #2 - Restaurante Salads. Restaurant salads are full of fatty salad dressing. Did you know that 1 cup of salad dressing has about 1000 kcal? If you are going to eat salad at a restaurant, ask for the dressing on the side, and use it sparingly.
Unhealthy Food #3 - Diet Sodas. Diet Sodas are advertised as being non-fattening, but the chemicals, such as aspartame, can really damage your endocrine system, causing you to gain weight. And it is because of all these chemicals why America is so fat. The chemicals that are used in processing and prerserving foods, is really hurting us in many ways.
