As a personal trainer here in Orange County, I am always asked, “What is the best form of cardio?” That is a great question. There are so many things you can do for cardio, from the treadmill to elyptical trainers. But, what truly matters is that you can burn a high amount of calories in a short time.
Another great criteria is that this form of cardio be something that you can do anywhere. So, the best cardio and that is simple to do is the jump rope. You see boxers doing jump rope all the time. There is nothing quit like it. Try it, and you will see how fast you run out breath. In fact, doing 5 minutes of jump is equivalent to doing 15 minutes of stationary bike. Now, that is great time management. So, if you want to burn alot of calories, grab that rope and start jumping.

I get this question all the time. People are constantly buying fat-loss pills, hoping to drop serious amounts of fat in a short period of time. The reality is many of them do not even work. People just end up spending tons of wasted money on them.
If you want to lose body fat you need to concentrate on 3 things and onlly 3 things. Those 3 things are weight-resistance, cardio, and intelligent nutrition. The combination of those 3 things will give you the correct approach to losing body fat and reshaping your body. However, there are some supplements that can aid in the fat-loss process. But, if you are not using those basic 3 elements in your weight-loss program, you will never get the results you are looking for.
Lifting weights helps you add calorie-burning muscle. The cardio is a finishing touch to burn excess calories and body fat. And probably the biggest factor is nutrition. For most people, nutrition is about 80% of the battle. So, if you can master your nutrition, you will see massive results.

Everyone knows that eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables will make you healthier and prevent many of the diseases. Yet, we just do not do it. The USDA recommends we consume 10 to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. If we all did that, we would rarely get sick and see a huge reductions in many diseases and cancers. Here is a startling fact, 70% of all deaths are diet related.
I recently discovered a phenomenal product that will get you 17 fruits, vegetables and grains each and every day. It is 100% organic and 100% bio-available. There are no preservatives or any artificial substances. It’s called Juice Plus. It comes in capsule form and it is way better than any multi-vitamin you could ever take. It is equivalent to eating actual fruits and vegetables. If you would like to learn more about this amazing product or get some go to www.getfitwithjuiceplus.com.

This has been a myth for years. Many people, especially women, think if they lift weights that they are going to get a bulky body, full of unwanted muscles. There could be nothing futher from the truth. Lifting weights will help anyone lose body fat and get into great shape. You can shape your body the way you want.
For those who choose to have extremely large muscles, that is their choice and there is a lot of work that goes along with it. It is not that simple to just lift weights and get incredibily huge muscles.
The reality is that if you want to lose the most body fat possible and have an incredibly toned and shapely body then you will have to lift weights. Lifting weights will not make you bulky by no means. You can have an incredibly sleek and beautiful body.
Many of the famous models and actors that you find to have attractive bodies lift weights on a regular basis to achieve that look. So, don’t be afraid to lift weights and develop a stronger body as you become leaner and leaner to the new sexy body of your dreams.

In-home personal training is becoming more and more popular, especially here in Orange County. There are so many benefits to in-home personal training. You do not have to drive to the gym or a personal trainer’s studio. You do not have to wait for equipment or deal with crowds as you do at a gym. You will save alot of your time not fighting busy traffic and you will not waste gas. If you have children, you will not have to worry about finding a babysitter. And last, but not least, you will be much more successful training at home because you will be much more consistent, since you are less likely to miss sessions.
You can get a great workout with in-home personal training. All you need are free weights, a stability ball, resistance bands, and the right personal trainer who will motivate you. In-home personal training is the wave of the future. More and more people are doing it with great success. And more and more personal trainers are adding in-home personal training to their services.

You hear all the time, “should I use machine or free weights?” Some people think machines are better than free weights in developing the body and losing body fat. And there are others that will argue that point, saying free weights are better. Well, I am going to put an end to that argument once and for all. Nothing compares to free weights.
Free weights have so many benefits that machines do not. First, lifting free weights are much more difficult than using machines. That means you will be working your muscles more with free weights than with machines, giving you greater gains and more calorie burning.
Second, free weights work your stabilizer muscles, the muscles that give you your balance. Machines do not. So, free weights will improve your overall balance and increase your muscle size and strength much more and faster than machines. Actually, with machines, you are very limited on how much muscle and strength you can gain. With free weights, you are not.
There you have it. There is no comparison between free weights and machines. If you want to increase your metabolism, burn more calories, really re-sculpt your body, increase your strength and muscle, than you better start lifting some free weights, and watch your body make amazing results in a short period of time.
