5 Steps To Six Pack Abs
Six pack abs are simply sexy. They are the prime
definition of strength, power, sex, and health.
When people see a man with six pack abs, they
immediately are attracted by those lean and
shredded abs. After all, there is something
unique and beautiful about a lean and sexy
stomach. Yet, most people simply can’t get a
great set of stomach muscles.
For those of you who are trying to get a six
pack stomach, I am going to give you a valuable
lesson on what to do and what not to do. First,
let’s cover some of the mistakes people do in
order to get these elusive abs.
First of all, most people do ab exercises every
single day. This is not necessary. No amount of
sit-ups, and crunches is going to take the fat
off your stomach.
Second, most people do endless cardio to burn
tons of fat off. Again, this is totally wrong.
Third, some people buy those silly ab gadgets as
seen on television. These crazy ab gadgets do
nothing, but waste your hard earned money. The
people that sell these ab gadgets are just
preying on those people who are desperate to get
a six pack, taking advantage of them.
Here are the 5 Steps to getting a lean, cut, six
pack stomach:
-
You must eat at least 5
healthy meals per day in order to increase your
metabolism, causing you to burn more fat.
-
You must lift weights to
increase your muscle density, which will further
increase your metabolism and burn more fat for
many hours afterwards.
-
Perform whole-body workouts
that will have you burning tons of calories.
Forget that arm or chest day. Whole-body
workouts will ignite your metabolism and melt
the fat right off your body and stomach.
-
Stop focusing on ab exercises
and start focusing on whole-body workouts using
weights.
-
Forget slow-paced cardio and
start interval training. Interval training is a
intense, stop and go type of training that will
have you burning more calories for a longer
period of time.
Do these 5 things and you are
bound to be sporting a great six pack stomach in
no time..
