Exercises You Can Do At Home
Most people have a tough time getting to a gym.
But, that does not mean you cant get a workout
at home. Honestly, you can get in shape
anywhere. I have 5 great exercises for you that
will help you lose some fat and tone up your
body.
Exercise #1 Body Squats: Here,
you stand in a erect position, feet about
shoulder width apart and squat down until your
thighs are parallel to the floor. The wider your
stance and the deeper you go, the more glutes
you will work. You can play with your stance to
hit different parts of your thighs. Do a few
sets of these and you will sure have your legs
burning.
Exercise #2 Pushups: Everyone
has done pushups at some point in their life.
This is a great exercise that really works your
chest, shoulders, and triceps. The wider your
hand stance, the more chest will work. If you
narrow your hand position, you will get more
triceps, especially if you keep your elbows in.
Exercise #3 Pull-ups: You will
need to purchase one of those inexpensive pull
up bars from Target or Wall Mart. Put it up, and
start doing some pull-ups. If you are a little
weak you can put a chair and assist yourself by
pushing up with your legs, until you get strong
enough to do them without assistance. Pull-ups
will help build and tone your back muscles,
giving you that sexy v taper everyone wants.
Plus, pull-ups also build your bicep muscles.
Exercise #4 Walking Lunges: Just
lunge forward with either leg and repeat the
process. These are truly leg burners. This
exercise will work your quads, hamstrings, and
glutes. You will definitely feel these.
Exercise #5 Jump Rope: This is
one of the best forms of cardio. This will get
your heart rate going and you will definitely
burn off the fat with this one. Try to start out
at 10 minutes per day and work yourself up.

that will help you get into great shape.
