How Did Dana Lose Over 40 lbs. in Just 3 Months?
 
Dana was just like many of our Orange County clients who have come to us for personal training in hopes of losing weight. She was fed up with being fat and out of shape. She was 40 lbs. over weight and miserable. Dana could not believe how far she let herself go. She lost total respect for herself and found herself very depressed.
 
Dana’s weight-gain really hurt her life so many ways. She was embarrassed of how she looked, so embarrassed that she would not undress in front of her husband. Dana would avoid seeing her friends and going to social functions as much as possible.
 
Dana found herself wearing sweat suits more and more often so she could hide her body. None of her old clothes in the closet fit anymore. Things just got worse for Dana as time went on. Dana lost total confidence in herself and her appearance.
 
 
Dana was so desperate to lose weight, she tried everything…
